As a nonprofit rescue, we rely on fundraising efforts like our merchandise sales to help animals in need. Our items are made through print-on-demand services, which means we’re unable to accept returns or provide refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us at sales@chfprescue.com with details and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly work with our printer to send you a replacement.
